If you wish to venture, shops, bars and restaurants (serving international cuisine) are only a short drive or walk away including the Gran Sur shopping centre (with English Cinema), the marina at Puerto Colon and the lively atmosphere of Playa de las Americas.
The nearby beaches at Fanabe and del Duque. with its abundance of shops, bars and restaurants.
The private balcony has a conservatory (with access from the lounge and bedroom) tables and chairs, sunbeds with cushions, sun canopy and uninterrupted views of the surrounding area.
Bed and linen change is weekly and there's a cleaning service prior to arrival.
You should take your own beach towels for use at the beach or on sunbeds. Furnishing may vary from those shown, however, a high standard is maintained

It offers guests a high degree of comfort a spacious bathroom with shower, open plan kitchen and breakfast bar, satellite t.v., wifi, microwave, washing machine, electric oven, fridge, dishes & cutlery, toaster, kettle, portable fan, iron & ironing board, blankets and is generally well furnished throughout.
